Privacy Request

Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct, delete or restrict it.

Depending on where you live and which law applies to you, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, or to withdraw a consent you gave.

Submitting this form does not delete anything. It records your request and starts the clock on our response. We verify identity first, then act — or tell you why we cannot, and what you can do about that.

Use the address associated with your account where you can. It is how we will reach you and how we will confirm who you are.

Optional. If your request is about something specific, it helps to say so. Please do not attach or paste identity documents — we will tell you if we need anything further.

We use what you enter here only to handle your request and to show that we did. It is recorded in our privacy register with a response deadline attached. See the Privacy Notice for the detail. We will not add you to any mailing list.

If your account came from an organisation, that organisation controls the business content in its workspace, and asking them directly is often the fastest route. See section 12 of the Privacy Notice.
